the sky!

I'll be back in crystal lake in 2 weeks. A variety of food, free laundry, and hospitality will be nice but I'm going to miss naperville. It's been my best term yet, and I'm afraid to leave it behind. Friends, girlfriend, concerts, frisbee, weather, and my own room have all skyrocketed this term to the top. I couldn't be more confused about which direction I want to go professionally, but I can't recall a time where I've been more happy and this has shown me what really matters.

For those who are interested, corinne and I will be in crystal lake on friday. It's my mom's birthday on sunday, but work won't allow me to attend so i chose friday as the visit day. I missed mother's day as well so I'm going to need to make up for my faults with fireworks, balloons, and cake.

My sister's 11 year old "friend" Tyler wants to meet me. I'm really thrown off by this situation. He learned I played baseball back in the day so I guess this is his basis for wanting to meet me. Nonetheless, I'm not sure how to attack a legitimate conversation with a middle schooler who probably wants to sweet on my sister. I hope he likes Barry Zito. Wish me luck.
